Once an order has been placed and production has commenced, cancellations may not be possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Full payment is required before production or dispatch of any order.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

Formed Studios is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, returns for non-defective items may be subject to a handling fee.
